Our factory has spooling and winding devices to supply galvanized iron wire packed in iron spools, plastic spool or wooden spools from 1kg to 100kg (about 2.2046 to 220.46 LB).

Galvanized spool wire can be used to weave wire mesh or making mesh scourers, common 6 spools per carton box, can also be 10 spool.

Plain Weave: Each weft wire passes over one and under one warp wire, and each warp wire passes over one and under one weft wire, every weft wire have and warp wire the same diameter.
Twill: Wire Cloth in which each warp wire and each shute wire passes successively over and under the two adjacent wires -- in both the warp and shute directions. This over and under movement is shifted one wire with each pass of the shuttle. This pattern permits the weaving of heavier wires in varying meshes.
Plain Dutch Weave: Similar interlacing as in Plain Weave, except the warp wires are larger diameter than the shute wires. The lighter shute wires are driven up close thus forming a dense filtering medium. This weave displays a tapered or wedge-shaped opening.
Twill Dutch: This filter cloth specification technically combines the Twill Weave and Dutch Weave described above. The larger diameter warp wires successively pass over and under the lighter diameter shute wires. Each pass of the shute wires shifts the over and under movement one wire. The shute wires are driven up close, resulting in a tightly woven filter cloth with tapered or wedge shaped openings.
Twill Dutch Double: Very similar to Twill Dutch Weave, but by proper selection of the wire sizes, the shute wires actually overlap each other when driven up tight into position. This permits double the wires per inch in the shute direction. This type of wire cloth is usually considered a Micronic Grade filter cloth.
Stranded: In this type of weave, both the warp and shute wires are made up of separate wires, rather than a single wire. This weave is woven in the twill pattern, producing an exceptionally strong and tight mesh.

The two line wires and wires for the barbs are fed from four stands. The line wires pass through tensioning and stator in the bore of the twisting shaft to the twisting shaft to the twisting tool.Adjustable segment rollers pull the required length of wire the barbs off the bundle and this is fed through the wire guide and counter cutter between the two line wires.The driver of the twisting tool grips the free ends and twists these around the line wires.The ends,which have not been cut off,yet held during the twisting by the wire guide.Only after the barb has been completed,a pair of cutters produces the end points and the staring points of the next barb.The number of twists of the barb is srt on Cam drive. Two-pointed barbed wire is made in a similar way by feeding in noly one wire for the barbs.

The transport wheel advances the barbed wire prior to twisting by the requried barb spacing before the wire passes via two guide rollers to the reel.As the coiling frame,in which the reel is located,revolves,the barbed wire is twisted in one direction prior to being wound noto the reel.There is an in-built mechanism that regulates the coiling up tension.

Barbed Wire Fences Installation Steps and Tips
1. Select end and corner locations.

2. Install 6" × 8' wood post H-Brace assembly for ends and double corner H-Brace assemblies for corners. Should be installed in ground.
3.5' to 4' leaving 4' out of ground adjust post length if taller fence is required.

3. Carefully unroll end of 4' to 8' of barbed wire and fasten by wrapping around starting post and back onto itself at desired height for lowest strand.

4. Carefully unroll the barbed wire to end of fence.

5. Tension wire with Chain Wire Strainer at end. Cut wire to length and fasten wire at desired height as done at the beginning.

6. Cut barbed wire to length and fasten wire as done at the beginning.

7. The first wire should be adjusted (to obtain a straight line) along the fence line with light tension by picking wire up to a height of 4' to 6' then dropping wire. This

process should be repeated until straight line from beginning to end is achieved. This process will allow wire to fall creating a straight line for the fence to follow.

8. Using the first wire as a straight line, install line posts (wood or steel) at 15' to 20' apart, adjusting distance as necessary. (High- pressure fences like feed lots will

need heavier posts, closer together.)

9. Fasten barbed wire to T post with wire clip (usually provided with new T posts) and/or staple barbed wire to wood posts leaving room for wire to “float” when stapled (Do

not staple wire tight to post.)

10. When installing line posts make sure that any post that will have strain (vertical or horizontal) on it is stout and secure enough to take the strain. As in wood post 5" to

6" × 8' (multiples if necessary) in dips or other low areas and on crowns or high areas.

11. Repeat necessary process for additional wires.

The additional installation of a one or more “non-barbed” electrified wire can offer an additional “pain barrier” as well as a feeder wire to barbed wire systems.
